SECTION 4 - PAYMENT
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

• Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Wedge Sourcing & Supplies PVT LTD, R09, ALTF, First Floor Global Foyer Mall, Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon – 122002, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When clicking links to personal pages from ZJELL.COM all users of the system acknowledge that ZJELL.COM is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree to not post URLs and other web links in any form, into your member account, composite card, or the main portfolio page as links or text, that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites. ZJELL.COM reserves the right to remove from its sites any references or portfolios containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice. Additionally certain links to sites, or the use of links and web addresses, or the use of html formatting and scripting in certain portfolio types, as determined from time to time by ZJELL.COM, may not be permitted, and ZJELL.COM retains the right to remove such content without notice.
ZJELL.COM is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in members’ accounts, and may remove those, at its discretion, and without notice. The ZJELL.COM database system is intended for work related offers and general inquires related to or leading to work or further discovery. Promotion of services and goods is not an appropriate use of the referral system. ZJELL.COM permits one main member portfolio per person. Managers, agents, and photographers who have been authorized to post on behalf of their clients may control Model and Actor portfolios in addition to their manager, agent or photographer portfolio.
It is against ZJELL.COM policy to allow competitor portfolio sites to solicit ZJELL.COM members from an account at ZJELL.COM. Any competing portfolio site or online agency site that signs up at ZJELL.COM and then actively solicits ZJELL.COM members to join their competing website or online agency, may have their account deactivated at ZJELL.COM discretion, without notice, and without refund.
The promotion and recruitment of escorts, escort services, personal companions, etc., are contrary to the purposes of ZJELL.COM and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Soliciting for, recruiting, or offering the services of escorts or dates on this site is strictly prohibited. Portfolios that are used for the solicitation or promotion of escort or dating services in ANY way will be immediately disabled with no refund. This includes (but is not limited to): Use of the referral system, hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs (web addresses) promoting escorts or dating services, and any other activity that the staff of ZJELL.COM deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.
ZJELL.COM has a strict policy regarding the posting of sexually explicit images to its web pages. Sexually explicit images, as determined by ZJELL.COM, will not be permitted on this Site. ZJELL.COM reserves the right to remove content that it deems sexually explicit from its Site without notice. ZJELL.COM may, at its discretion, deactivate the member’s account, without notice, and without refund, if the member continues to violate this policy.
ZJELL.COM does not support bandwidth theft, the linking of images from ZJELL.COM to other sites, or the misuse of links from other sites to ZJELL.COM. Anyone found linking images from ZJELL.COM to other sites, copying content from ZJELL.COM, or inappropriately linking to ZJELL.COM (to increase their views - through use of hidden frames, or using programs to artificially raise page views, etc.) will result in permanent REMOVAL from ZJELL.COM without notification, and may necessitate the notification of the appropriate State and/or authorities.
You should be aware that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., user name, email address) on a bulletin board, blog post, or member message, that information can be collected and used by others, and may result in unsolicited messages from other parties, and shall therefore be the sole responsibility, and liability of the poster.
USAGE: As a member of ZJELL.COM you give your express permission to ZJELL.COM to use your photographs and/or other likenesses to promote you to international agencies, clients, photographers, and the reputation and services of ZJELL.COM, and/or its affiliated companies during and after the expiry of your membership.
CANCELLATIONS: Members may cancel their membership at any time by logging in and clicking the CANCEL button inside the member account dashboard. Cancellations MUST be made through the member account dashboard. Cancellations requests by email, phone, or any other method outside the member account dashboard will not be accepted. The member acknowledges that once they click the cancel button all photos and information pertaining to their account will be immediately and permanently deleted. Should the member wish to re-establish their account they must create a new account at which time applicable fees will apply.
REFUND POLICY: Because of the immediate access nature of the internet and our website, and since the member gets immediate and full access to the site, and its services, and/or products, we have a NO REFUND POLICY. Since you cannot physically return our member services of an online portfolio, Photo Submit Service, or Personal Coaching, we DO NOT give refunds at any time.
PHOTO SUBMIT REPORT SUBMISSIONS: It is the model's sole responsibility to activate the Photo Submit Service located inside the member dashboard. Activation of the Photo Submit Service may be performed at anytime during the model's one year term, but MUST be activated no later than 10 business days before the expiry of the model's membership.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The information supplied and transmitted to members in the Photo Submit Service Report is intended only for the person to whom it is addressed and contains confidential and/or privileged material. All content contained in the Photo Submit Report is the intellectual property of ZJELL.COM. Any review, retransmission, dissemination or other use of, or taking of any action in reliance upon, the information supplied in the Report, without the express written permission of ZJELL.COM, is prohibited.
This User Agreement, and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, International laws. By your usage of, or your posting to, this site constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement.
If you are 13 years or younger, you must have a parent, or a legal guardian enter and approve all information, and ensure that the parent or legal guardian's email address and contact information is used at all times.
